Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and tohsna, the operator of tohsna. By creating an account, joining a room, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and legal compliance

tohsna is for adults only. You must meet the minimum age shown for your country and any higher legal age that applies to alcohol-related activities. You are responsible for following local laws, venue rules, and platform rules. Do not allow a minor to use your account or participate through your device.

4. Accounts and security

Provide an appropriate account nickname and protect your passcode, token, device, and private room codes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, evade a suspension, scrape the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt a room or server.

5. Private rooms and consent

Room hosts must use reasonable settings for their group, respect every player's limits and content choices, and pause when asked. A private code is not permission to record, photograph, pressure, embarrass, or share another person. Obtain clear consent before capturing or displaying anyone's image or personal answer, and honor withdrawn consent.

6. User content and conduct

You keep ownership of custom questions, translations, reports, and photos you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate private rooms, provide the feature you chose, secure and moderate the service, and meet legal obligations. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for de-identified shared-game snapshots or legally required copies described in the Privacy Policy.

You must not create, upload, display, or encourage content or conduct that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or promotes criminal activity;
• harasses, threatens, humiliates, exploits, discriminates against, or sexually abuses another person;
• reveals another person's private information or image without authority and consent;
• targets minors, coerces alcohol use, promotes dangerous drinking, self-harm, violence, impaired driving, or other unsafe conduct;
• contains malware, spam, deceptive links, access tokens, passwords, or attempts to bypass service controls.

We may review reports, disable content, restrict features, remove a participant, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, or law. Use the in-room reporting feature or Support page to report objectionable content.

7. Photos and privacy

Photo features are optional. Capture or upload only images you have the right and consent to use. Nothing is automatically posted publicly. If you choose an operating-system Save or Share action, you—not the service—select the destination and are responsible for obtaining the consent of everyone shown. Do not use photos to claim that a person is sober or intoxicated.

8. Service changes and availability

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature, content pack, or service to protect users, comply with law, or maintain reliability. Multiplayer and notifications depend on devices, networks, and third-party infrastructure, so uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

9. Suspension and account deletion

We may restrict or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, threats to safety, fraud, or attacks on the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature must survive—such as limited retained-record, intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability terms—continue after termination.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent allowed by law, the service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Prompts are for entertainment and do not replace professional, medical, legal, transportation, or emergency advice. We do not control the choices of players around your table. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service, another player's conduct, voluntary alcohol consumption, loss of connectivity, or user-directed sharing. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable harm.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without taking away mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply where you live. Before filing a claim, contact Support so we can try to resolve the issue informally, unless the law allows you to proceed directly.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The updated date appears at the top. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice and request acceptance where required.
