Safety standard

Child Safety Standards

tohsna prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in every part of the service.

Last updated: August 3, 2026 Mobile app: tohsna

1. Our commitment

tohsna maintains these standards for the tohsna mobile app, its private rooms, user-submitted questions, reports, profiles, and optional photos. We have zero tolerance for content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child.

tohsna is for adults only, but its age gate does not reduce or replace these child-safety obligations.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

Users must not create, upload, request, share, link to, promote, normalize, or facilitate:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, simulated, altered, or computer-generated sexual depictions of a child.
  • Grooming, sexualization of a child, sextortion, sexual coercion, or arranging sexual contact with a child.
  • Requests for sexual images, messages, livestreams, meetings, or other sexual activity involving a child.
  • Child sex trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, instructions that enable abuse, or attempts to evade detection or enforcement.

Do not upload, copy, download, forward, or email suspected CSAM when making a report. Report the location and context instead.

3. How to report a child-safety concern

Report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or child endangerment as soon as possible. In tohsna:

  1. Use the report action on the current question when available, or open Settings → Support to contact us. Pause the room and stop interacting with the suspected content.
  2. Email support@tohsnaya.com with the subject “Urgent child safety report.”
  3. Provide only the account nickname, room code, approximate date and time, and a factual description needed to locate the concern. Do not attach suspected CSAM, private credentials, or unrelated personal information.

If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. This inbox is not an emergency service.

4. How we respond

When we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we act in accordance with these standards and applicable law. Depending on the facts, we may:

  • Promptly review the report while limiting access to sensitive material and protecting the privacy of the child and reporter.
  • Remove or disable prohibited content, close affected rooms, and restrict, suspend, or terminate involved accounts.
  • Preserve limited evidence only when reasonably necessary for a lawful report, investigation, security, or legal obligation.
  • Report apparent CSAM or child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), appropriate law-enforcement authorities, or another legally designated reporting body when required.
  • Cooperate with valid legal requests and take reasonable steps to prevent repeat abuse or attempts to evade enforcement.

5. Compliance with child-safety laws

We comply with applicable child-safety, mandatory-reporting, preservation, privacy, and law-enforcement cooperation requirements in the jurisdictions where the service operates. Where legal requirements differ, we follow the applicable requirement while prioritizing child safety and minimizing unnecessary exposure of sensitive material.

6. Child-safety point of contact

The tohsna Child Safety Team receives reports and questions about these standards at the address below. The mailbox is monitored for safety reports and may be used by Google Play or competent authorities to contact us about our prevention and response practices.
