Delete your account

Delete immediately in the app

The fastest path is the built-in deletion control. It does not require you to contact support.

1. 1Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. 2Open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account.
3. 3Review the warning and confirm Delete my account.

The server deletes or anonymizes the account data described below, rotates the account token, clears the app's local session, and signs you out. The action cannot be undone.

Verification, timing, and confirmation

We acknowledge the request at the reply address, verify account control, and complete a valid external request within 30 days of verification unless a legal obligation requires limited retention. We send completion confirmation to the same reply address. If the account is in an active room, we may first close or safely reconcile that room so deletion does not corrupt other players' game state.

Data deleted or anonymized

• Account nickname, display name, readable profile identity, passcode hash, active bearer token, security state, and last-seen information.
• Language, age confirmation, responsible-play acceptance, participation mode, personal limits, timer, hydration, and break settings.
• Uploaded avatar and account-owned game photos, together with account-linked photo consent data.
• Personal game-history rows, account-specific history-deletion markers, memberships, and account links to private question packs.
• Content reports and optional report details linked only to the deleting account.

Data that may remain

Deleting an account does not rewrite another player's completed game or break authoritative multiplayer records. The following limited data may remain without the deleted nickname or active credentials:

• De-identified room, membership history, game, turn, response, card, timer, and event records for as long as the related shared room/game record exists.
• A deactivated custom pack and prompt snapshots already used by a shared game may remain detached from the deleted account until those pack or game records are deleted.
• Hashed rate-limit buckets remain for no more than 15 minutes. Operational logs and protected backups remain only through their configured rotation periods and are not restored to active use without reapplying the deletion.
• A record may be retained longer only when required by law, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or a valid legal hold, and only for that purpose.

The current release has no fixed automatic expiry for de-identified shared room/game records; they remain until the related shared record is deleted. They no longer identify the deleted account by nickname or active credential.

Subscriptions and purchases

The current release does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, so there is no subscription to cancel before account deletion.
